Voters,

            Thank you so much for your interest in the Orange County School Board and my campaign for the District 7 seat located in Apopka, Clarcona, Lockhart, Oakland, Ocoee and Winter Garden.

            Thank you for your vote on August 26th.  I finished in first place with over 40% of the vote in a four way Primary.  I am now in the General Election on Tuesday, November 4th.

            I own a small business, am a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Music Education and have two school-age children.  I believe we must bring bold change to the School Board.  I support the citizens having the right to vote for the School Board Chairman and if elected have pledged to flip the school start times back to their previous sequence. 

            We must demand performance, reward accomplishment and refuse to accept failure from our school system.  The Board must actively seek to increase meaningful input from parents, teachers, business leaders and community at large.  We must prioritize funding for the classroom, raise graduation rates, improve curriculum standards and keep our schools safe.

            I would appreciate your vote on November 4th.
